A Return to Self session is a music-led Kundalini Activation experience held in a calm, supportive setting. You do not need meditation or energy work experience. You simply arrive, lie down, listen, and allow your experience to unfold without pressure.

My journey
More than two decades ago, a profound spiritual experience opened a path of self-discovery that continues to shape Samina's life today.
Since then, she has explored meditation, Kriya Yoga, the Self Inquiry Dyad Intensive, and a wide range of spiritual teachings, deepening her respect for stillness, inner listening, and honest self-connection.
Her work is also informed by more than 20 years in corporate and technology environments, where she came to understand the pace, pressure, and stress many people carry.
Return to Self was created from these lived experiences and from a desire to offer a safe, grounded space where each person's process can unfold naturally.
